Design Brief
The Duke Of Edinburgh's Award has thousands of volunteer helpers who supervise the Award Expeditions and activities. Because of the large number and regional spread of these helpers, it is a difficult task to ensure that each helper has received the same training and guidance as each other.
Therefore the Duke of Edinburgh's Award commissioned White Orange to design and develop an e-Learning solution, which would ensure that each helper receives the same training.
Solution
The “Induction” e-Learning programme we have developed introduces the helpers to the purpose, ambition, structure and strategy of the organisation and the roles of the people involved. Each slide is fully narrated with a professional voice-over artist, and the many interactive tasks keeps the learner interested and engaged. The e-Commerce application is fully SCORM compliant – therefore able to work with a variety of Learning Management Systems.
