White Orange Web Design, e-commerce, e-learning and Branding - based in Teddington, near Richmond, London. White Orange | Design Process |

Before the initial meeting, we research
your company’s industry and as much
about your company as we can. We
then try and ask as many questions
as possible until we feel confident we
understand your target audience and
position in relation to other industry
competitors. At this stage we will
discuss objectives and marketing
strategies.
This allows us to create a written
proposal, which contains expected
deliverables and deadlines as
appropriate, and a broken-down
quotation for the cost of the project.

We create a visual design concept
based upon your criteria. We may
also design logos and define brand
colours in this stage if appropriate. We
then listen to your comments on the
concept, and make iterative changes
until we meet the precise look and feel
you’re after.

We will then gather all the project materials,
such as photos and the copy,
and develop the website or brochure,
keeping in frequent communication
with you throughout. Once you are fully satisfied with the
website, it is launched on the Internet.
In the case of a brochure, it is sent to
the printers.
If appropriate, we will do online
marketing campaigns to boost online
exposure.

Telephone calls or emails come
straight to the designers ensuring that
there is no hierarchal bureaucracy or
switchboards to deal with. We stay in
regular contact with you in order to
assess the website and brochure, and
make any necessary updates.
